All orders will be shipped by Canada Post or expedited by parcel unless informed otherwise. PN Saffron ships all orders to the address specified at the time of purchase. PN Saffron accepts no responsibility or liability for goods not received as a result of an incorrect address provided by the customer. The order handling period is usually 48 to 72 hours. However it may take up to 7 days for your order to be shipped. If you have any special circumstances concerning this possible delay please send us an E-mail about it at email@example.com. Please allow between 2 and 5 business days for mail delivery within Canada and approximately 10 business days outside Canada (after parcel is shipped). Orders shipped to the US and other international locations may take longer due to customs inspections. The delivery time might be longer during the holidays and special dates. We ask that you do contact us to let us know that you have received your order. We are located in Toronto, Ontario Canada. We ship to Canada, the US and other international locations. We stand behind our products 100 per cent. If you are not completely satisfied return authorization must accompany every item. Please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of merchandise requesting return authorization*. Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. This guarantee does not cover lost items. You must return the original piece with a copy of your online invoice to receive your credit. We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Returns must be prepaid and returned to the address informed by PN Saffron in order to be accepted. In the case that the shipment you receive differs from your order we may assume the shipping charges.
